i did not receive product and still got charged

I needed the umrah decorations last minute and this was the only place that had option to collect on day. I ordered and collected my parcel within couple of hours from their depot. The door was answered within seconds and they handed my parcel. Amazing service! Thank you.

We went to collect our parcel. Nobody answered the locked door. We called the number and nobody answered. On the email it said if not collected within a certain time money will be refunded. No money has been refunded. I want my money back please.
