• Ingredients: Pure Cold Pressed Ethiopian Black Seed Oil (aka Nigella Sativa, Cumin) Glucosamine Sulphate, Soya Bean Oil, Bee's Wax, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine).

Suggested Use

• As a food supplement, take one softgel capsule twice daily, preferably with meals.
