Arrived with doll already unattached from box and looking a bit worst for wear as though already used but as ordered for Eid didn’t have time to replace so just cleaned it up. Then the sound function was very intermittent- replaced batteries twice but was still temperamental would sometimes switch off half way through dialogue. Thought it must have completely faulty wiring so opened the little circuit and within seconds the connection between the battery box and wire fell apart. Unless I get a soldering iron and attempt to fix it it’s completely useless. Very poor quality. Not sure if it’s a one off and should request replacement or if they’re all this bad. Left my toddler very frustrated.

Purchased this fab doll for my little girl. She literally lives with it lol. Doll Went defective after 5 months. I queried this with Ibraheem who was excellent and gave a new replacement. We are over the moon. Recommended to all
